Constitution and Bylaws.
**For any questions concerning fines or appeals, please
contact the Executive Secretary.
Fines and actions taken by the National Office of Chi Epsilon can be appealed.
The appeal process starts by first contacting the Executive Secretary
with an appeal statement that includes all factors to be considered. If
a chapter wishes to appeal their situation further, after the decision of the
Executive Secretary, they should send their appeal to the National Council,
through their District Councillor. The decision of the
National Council will be final, unless it is practical and timely for the
National Conclave to decide, then the matter can be brought to the Conclave for
the decision.
